Swarovski Unveils Smart Binoculars That Recognize Birds

Users simply focus on a bird, press a button, and the binoculars identify the species using the Merlin Bird ID database, covering over 9,000 species. Additional features include a Wildlife ID for mammals, dragonflies, and butterflies, a camera for sharing images and videos, and future expandability for custom databases. With a discovery sharing feature and high-quality optics offering 10x magnification, these binoculars are priced at around $5,000 and are set to be available in February.
